Which Big Ten teams return most starters, production and talent for 2024?

By Steven Lassan, Athlon Sports: Spring practice is in full swing across college football, and while the early workouts won’t tell us a ton about how the teams stack up for 2024, it does give us our first insight into the rosters and depth charts for all 134 programs.

Although the spring transfer window is still to come, rosters are mostly finalized for the upcoming season. And with rosters close to completion, every team’s returning starters, talent and production coming back should be known for ’24.
