By Carter Bahns, 247Sports: The future of the Pac-12 is in serious question as schools continue to bolt for other conferences, and Friday brought a potential gut punch to the league as the Big Ten reportedly intends to invite Oregon and Washington and create an 18-team conference with four major West Coast brands.
USC and UCLA announced their departure for the Big Ten last summer, Colorado made official last week its return to the Big 12, Arizona is on the verge of following the Buffaloes and the remaining “Four Corners” schools of Arizona State and Utah have serious ties to the Big 12, as well.
