Washington hires Cal's Marcus Griffin as director of recruiting

By Roman Tomashoff, Huskies Wire: After director of recruiting Josh Omura left Washington for Arizona State, Jedd Fisch moved quickly to fill his spot and is set to hire Marcus Griffin from the California Golden Bears to the role, after he served as the assistant director of player personnel in Berkley for the 2024 season.

Griffin, a former three-star defensive tackle out of local Bellevue High School in the 2014 class, won three Washington state championships before committing to Arizona.
