By Roman Tomashoff, Huskies Wire: The Dominique Diomande debacle hasn’t deterred Danny Sprinkle from utilizing the international ranks to add depth to his roster. Early on Thursday morning, ESPN’s Jonathan Givony reported that the Washington Huskies picked up a commitment from German prospect Hannes Steinbach.
The 6-foot-10 prospect, who is set to turn 19 years old next month, has played 23 games for the Wüzburg Baskets this season in the Bundesliga, the country’s top league, and has averaged 6.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per contest.
