247Sports: In a year where college football teams will be playing 10 or fewer games in the regular season, nearly all of which will be within their own conference, sorting out which teams should be bowl eligible could be a headache. That’s why a waiver to do away with bowl eligibility requirements has been filed to the NCAA.
