By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: NCAA President Charlie Baker visited Pullman on Friday and told reporters at a media gathering before the Washington State-Colorado football game “I wouldn’t be here” if he didn’t want to hear firsthand “about the issues they’re dealing with and how we can help them work their way through.”
He added, “I personally believe that Washington State has a bright future.
