Utah's Cam Rising says he tore multiple ligaments in Rose Bowl

By ESPN Staff: Utah quarterback Cam Rising offered some clarity Thursday on why his recovery from a knee injury is taking longer than expected.

Rising, who has yet to play this season because of the injury he suffered in last season’s Rose Bowl, said in an interview with ESPN 700 in Salt Lake City that his injury was more significant than he or the school led on.

Utah QB Rising reveals full extent of knee injury

Utah quarterback Cam Rising, who has yet to play this season, told ESPN 700 on Thursday he tore his meniscus and at least two other knee ligaments besides his ACL in last season's Rose Bowl.
