By Cole Bagley, UteZone: Back in October of 2020, before the shortened season had even begun, wide receiver Jaylen Dixon had entered his name into the transfer portal. This came as a bit of a surprise as Dixon had put together impressive freshman and sophomore campaigns, poised to build on those in 2020.
While Dixon missed the entirety of the 2020 season due to his withdrawal, rumors began circulating that he would return to the program. Then, on February 2, Dixon announced via twitter that he would indeed be returning to the program and withdrawing from the transfer portal.
