By Kevin Borba, All Utes: Just when things seemed to be wrapping up when it came to Utah recruiting the 2024 class, they had a chance to make a major last-minute splash.
After Kalen DeBoer accepted the Alabama head coach job, the Washington Huskies saw a few departures from their 2024 recruiting class. One of those happened to be four-star EDGE Ratumana Bulabalavu. The Army And Navy Academy (CA) product has since re-opened his recruitment after asking for his release from his NLI.
