Utah quarterback Cam Rising's injury not as bad as initially feared

By Michelle Bodkin, UteZone: Utah’s world looked like it was coming to an end as quarterback Cam Rising was simultaneously crashing into Baylor’s sideline and water coolers.

The Utes’ QB1 wasted no time popping back up and giving his classic “Bad Moon” smile before being escorted off the field, and into the sideline evaluation tent while shaking his right hand. Moments later fans and media alike watched with concern as Rising made his way to the Utah locker room just before halftime.

Utah quarterback Cam Rising's injury not as bad as initially feared

Utah football's worst fears looked like they were materializing as quarterback Cam Rising exited their game against Baylor Saturday afternoon, but per head coach Kyle Whittingham, the injury doesn't appear to be that serious.
