Utah football brings back Chad Bumphis as wide receivers coach

By Brandon Judd, Deseret News: The next piece to reassembling the Utah football coaching staff is in place — and Morgan Scalley is turning to another former Ute.

Former Utah wide receivers coach Chad Bumphis will return to the U. in the same position, after spending the past three years as receivers coach at his alma mater, Mississippi State.

Bumphis spent the 2021 and 2022 seasons at Utah before moving to SEC country.
