By Steve Bartle, KSL Sports: Utah basketball just landed a significant international piece, Lucas Langarita, who will join the program for the second semester of the season.
Langarita has officially committed to Utah, giving first-year head coach Alex Jensen a promising addition as he continues to reshape the Runnin’ Utes roster. Considered one of the top prospects in Spain, the 6-foot-5 guard has averaged 17.1 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 2.3 assists and 29 minutes in seven FIBA U20 Eurobasketball games.
