USC women's basketball gets first No. 1 seed in NCAA Tournament since 1986

By Matt Zemek, Trojans Wire: The USC women’s basketball team has risen to the top tier of women’s college basketball — not yet at the Final Four, but in terms of its seeding entering the 2024 Women’s NCAA Tournament. Confirming top-tier status is done by reaching the Final Four.

This USC group will try to do just that in the coming weeks. Yet, even if the Trojans fall short, they have risen considerably in a very short time.
