Last week, the National Labor Relations Board officially endorsed and agreed to pursue a lawsuit brought against the university, the Pac-12 and the NCAA by the National College Players Association for unfair labor practices in which the Trojan football and basketball (men’s and women’s) players are “mislabeled” student-athletes.
