By R.J. Abeytia, USCFootball.com: USC has responded to the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) lawsuit filed against the university, UCLA, the Pac-12 Conference and the NCAA.
The suit charges the parties mentioned have misidentified football, men’s and women’s basketball players as “student-athletes” when in fact they should be legally identified as employees of all (school, conference and NCAA) entities. A hearing has been set for November 7.
