By Chris Trevino, USCFootball.com: Head coach Lincoln Riley announced the Trojan team captains for the season opener against No. 13 LSU as quarterback Miller Moss, offensive lineman Jonah Monheim, linebacker Easton Mascarenas-Arnold, safety Akili Arnold and wide receiver Kyron Hudson.
In a shift in philosophy, Riley stated USC’s team captains will no longer be permanent for the season as the captain status will be earned week to week.
