By Alex Kirschenbaum, All Bruins: During the UCLA Bruins’ first spring practice run of the year under new head coach DeShaun Foster last week, The Los Angeles Times’ Ben Bolch has revealed that Foster had opted to make player accessibility far more key for attendant reporters than it had been in recent vintage.
Specifically, Bolch writes that players’ names were on their practice jerseys, thus helping reporters identify who was who among the new-look team, “for the first time anyone who had been around the program for decades could remember.”
