BarkBoard: Former UCLA defensive back Elijah Gates announced he has committed to Fresno State as a graduate transfer. The former four-star recruit has started at both cornerback and safety for the Bruins in the Pac-12. He has two years to play immediately for Fresno State.
Gates announced his decision on social media Tuesday. He becomes the fourth Pac-12 transfer to commit to Fresno State since January, joining Washington wide receiver Ty Jones, Utah running back Jordan Wilmore and Oregon State defensive end Isaac Garcia.
