By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: A pair of Cougar football careers are over. Third-year offensive lineman Patrick Utschinski (6-7, 290) and fifth-year defensive back Chad Davis Jr. (6-2, 205) have both medically retired and are no longer with the Washington State football program, WSU’s sports information department confirmed to Cougfan.com.
Neither participated in the Cougars’ just-concluded fall camp and the injuries they sustained is not publicly known.
