By Steven Lassan, Athlon Sports: LSU‘s Jayden Daniels won college football‘s Heisman Trophy on Saturday night after a prolific ’23 season, meaning seven out of the last eight winners of the award have been quarterbacks.
Although bowl season won’t count in the ’24 race, it’s also the first opportunity for the next wave of candidates to start to make an impression and generate offseason discussion.
