Trojan football players pivot to bowl hopes as motivator

By R.J. Abeytia, USCFootball.com: USC’s biggest 2024 season dreams have long been off the table at this point. The Trojans’ 4-5 record has removed any consideration for the College Football Playoff. At 2-5 in Big Ten play, USC sits in 16th place in its first season in a new conference.

Trojan players have pivoted to the one remaining viable carrot left on the menu. If USC can win 2 of 3 games to close out the regular season, the Trojans will be eligible for a postseason bowl.
