Here’s an updated list of the Top 50 Pac-12 football career leaders in Total Yards per Play through 2023 with rank, years played, and program.
Yards gained in bowl games are included in the totals. To be included, the athlete must have gained a minimum of 7,500 career yards.
Oregon’s Marcus Mariota (2012-2014) remains the all-time leader with an average of 8.7 yards per play, good for fourth-best nationally, followed by Stanford’s Andrew Luck at 8.5.
Boise State’s Ryan Dinwiddle and Kellen Moore (both with 8.3) round out the top four, and BYU’s Ty Detmer is fifth with 8.2.
Newcomers to the list in 2023 include USC’s Caleb Williams (8.0), Washington’s Michael Penix Jr. (7.7), Oregon’s Bo Nix (7.2), Arizona’s Jayden de Laura (7.2), and BYU’s Kadon Slovis (6.8).
