Dawgman: Henderson (Nev.) Liberty receiver Germie Bernardwas the first commit to Washington in the 2022 class.
Bernard committed to the Huskies last July and now he’s trying to draw more players to Seattle with him.
And he said a lot of that has to do with the recruiting Sam Huard did of him last year.
