Three-way Cal QB competition continues after first scrimmage

By Jackson Moore, Bear Territory: The California Golden Bears held their first scrimmage on Sunday. Cal ran more than 100 plays in a full-length, live-action practice that even included some quarterbacks allowed to be tackled.

All three quarterbacks vying for the starting job – TCU transfer Sam Jackson, redshirt freshman returner Fernando Mendoza, and NC State transfer Ben Finley – found the end zone.
