By Chance Linton, 247Sports: Texas linebacker Jake Ehlinger, the younger brother of former Longhorns quarterback Sam Ehlinger, was found dead on Thursday in Austin, the university has confirmed. He was 20 years old.
Jake Ehlinger had been with the Longhorns for two years after joining the program as a walk-on in 2019. He was set to be a redshirt sophomore for Texas during the 2021 season.
