By Griffin McVeigh, On3: According to ESPN’s Pete Thamel, BYU has landed a commitment from quarterback Bear Bachmeier out of the NCAA transfer portal. Bachmeier was previously with the Stanford Cardinal, opting to play for the Cougars instead.
“Former Stanford QB Bear Bachmeier has committed to BYU, he tells ESPN,” Thamel said via X.
