By Jackson Moore, Cardinal 247: Madison (Miss.) Madison-Ridgeland Academy four-star linebacker Stone Blanton announced his Top 7 schools on Wednesday and the Stanford Cardinal made the cut.
Blanton named Stanford along with Louisville, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Oregon, South Carolina and Texas A&M in his top options. Other schools that offered and did not make the list include Arkansas, Baylor, Cal, Duke, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Michigan State, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Tennessee, Virginia and Jacksonville State. Stanford is the most recent school to offer Blanton – the Cardinal offered him in February.
