By Barkley Truax, On3 Sports: Former Stanford cornerback Julian Neal has committed to Arkansas out of the NCAA transfer portal, per On3’s Hayes Fawcett. He played last season at Fresno State.
Neal was a reserve on the Fresno State defensive unit for the first two seasons of his college career before having a breakout junior season this past fall.
He totaled 35 tackles, including 22 solo as well as five pass breakups, two interceptions and one sack.
