Dawgman: Now that Washington has signed their 2021 recruiting class, the roster makeup is starting to take on some additional changes.
On Wednesday, quarterback Jacob Sirmon put his name in the transfer portal, the second time he has done that. And today we have learned that senior receiver Jordan Chin has also put his name into the portal as a graduate transfer.
