By Wade Peery, On3 Sports: San Diego State transfer guard Nick Boyd has signed with the Wisconsin Badgers, On3’s Pete Nakos confirmed on Sunday evening. Boyd led SDSU in scoring this year, averaging 13.4 points per game, becoming an All-Mountain West selection for the Aztecs.
The Badgers will be the third team he’s played for in his college career after starting with the FAU Owls. He also dished out 3.9 assists this year, while shooting 41.1% from the field.
In the SDSU loss to North Carolina in the first round of the 2025 NCAA Tournament, Boyd scored 12 points, grabbed five rebounds, and dished out two assists.
