USC has a pair of former highly touted recruits in the fold as Malachi Nelson and Miller Moss await what could be an intriguing quarterback competition.
But there will likely be experienced passers in the transfer portal as well. Williams, along with former Oklahoma quarterbacks Kyler Murray and Baker Mayfieldhave each won Heisman Trophies after transferring to play under Riley.
