By Nick Kosko, On3: The 2029 College Football Playoff National Championship Game will be played in Tampa, according to Action Network’s Brett McMurphy. It replaces Dallas as the host site.
“Breaking: Tampa replaces Dallas to host Jan. 22, 2029 College Football Playoff title game, sources said,” McMurphy wrote on Twitter. “Other future national title sites, as I reported in May, remain Las Vegas (Jan. 25, 2027), New Orleans (Jan. 24, 2028) & Miami (Jan. 21, 2030).
