By Nick Kosko, On3: Former Penn State physician Dr. Pete Seidenberg alleged football head coach James Franklin interfered with medical decisions of team doctors and trainers.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer’s John Luciew, Franklin allegedly overstepped his bounds.
