247Sports: Pac-12 football officiating has increasingly been under the magnifying glass in recent years. Latest evidence of a controversial call came late in this past Saturday’s 41-38 Oregon State win over Oregon.
According to a report Friday afternoon by the San Jose (Calif.) Mercury News’ Jon Wilner, Pac-12 head of officials David Coleman does not meet the industry standard for on-field experience.
