Report: Dallas Mavericks interested in drafting Bronny James

By Griffin McVeigh, On3 Sports: The biggest name in the 2024 NBA Draft may be someone projected to go in the second round. USC‘s Bronny James has been linked to multiple teams throughout the process, working out with the Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns. However, per a report, the Dallas Mavericks are interested in James as well.

“The Mavericks would have interest in selecting Bronny James with the 58th overall pick in the upcoming NBA Draft, league sources say,” Stein said. “But the Mavericks also realize it’s extremely unlikely that James will still be available for selection. All current indications suggest that LeBron James’ 19-year-old son will be selected earlier in the second round before Dallas makes the last pick in the draft.”
