By Jaylon Thompson, Bear Territory: The Green Bay Packers’ lack of free agency signings could be tied to a curious place. According to ESPN Packers reporter Rob Demovsky, the Packers’ ongoing discussions with Aaron Rodgers might be the root of the free-agent impasse.
Demovsky heard from an unnamed agent that told him that the Packers do not have any salary-cap space but are planning something big. The agent also noted that the situation is teetering on a potential no-win situation.
