By Shereen Rayan, Zona Zealots: How many sports commentators and broadcasters have you heard say that Arizona Basketball star Deandre Ayton, taken as the No. 1 pick by the Phoenix Suns in the 2019 NBA Draft, was a bust? All along, the “experts” should have assumed that top draft picks are set up to go to a team that is at the bottom of the rung. Or in other words, the worst teams are supposed to get the top draftees.
