1) Hiring Eric Henderson from the NFL

While the top two moves on this list involve the creation of USC’s new defensive staff, Henderson gets the nod for his early recruiting returns. Henderson’s resume alone is worthy to put him among the top of this list as one of the most well-regarded defensive line coaches in the NFL with the Los Angeles Rams.
