247Sports: The hottest quarterback on the transfer market has kept his second stint as a recruit close to the vest.
Former Oregon starting quarterback Tyler Shough has only been available for one week after announcing Feb. 12 his intention to leave Eugene, but plenty of programs are interested in the former 4-star prospect in the class of 2018. Shough graduated with two degrees from Oregon and still has three years to play three seasons at a different university. Simply put, he could provide an immediate upgrade for a Power 5 program while also being the quarterback of the future — a rare combination these days, even in the era of the transfer portal.
