By CougFan.com: After the Crimson and Gray Game came to a close April 27 with an exciting last-minute field goal by Dean Janikowski, Cougar fans rushed the field to get shirts, hats, gloves – and even a cast for a young girl’s broken arm – signed by members of the WSU football team.
This was an uplifting way to head into final exams and then our summer break, which ran a whole two-and-half weeks. We were all back on campus reporting to a team meeting on May 19.
