By William Schwartz, USCFootball.com: After a year away from the sideline, Pete Carroll is back. He’s following up a legendary 14-year tenure with the Seattle Seahawks by taking a job with the Las Vegas Raiders, a rebuilding project if there’s ever been one.
Carroll will have his work cut out for him when it comes to getting Vegas to the championship level he achieved with the Seahawks, and before them at the USC, but that’s not the only task at then for the 73-year-old helmsman, now the oldest head coach in NFL history.
