After recording a 3-1 record in the first year of the Jimmy Lake era and returning 16 of 22 starters this season, there appeared to be a certain amount of confidence surrounding the program’s on-field potential heading into the new year.
Leading the charge on the Huskies’ optimistic outlook was their head coach.
