Penn St football player, university sued for scooter crash that injured boy

By Frank Bodani, York Daily Record via Yahoo Sports: A Penn State football player and the university are being sued after a 6-year-old boy was seriously injured in an electric scooter crash earlier this year.

De’Andre Cook, a Nittany Lion true freshman, struck a boy while riding a scooter on the Penn State campus last February.
