Dawgman | 247Sports: The Pac-12 voted last night to play a seven-game, conference-only schedule beginning the weekend of Nov. 7. With most other conferences playing at least eight games, many are questioning the conference’s chances at a possible berth in the College Football Playoff.
It goes without saying that postponements or cancellations — a handful have already occurred elsewhere — could come into play once the Pac-12 kicks off. ESPN SEC Network analyst Paul Finebaum believes that will be a huge factor in determining if the conference has a legitimate shot at the playoff.
