Kaitlin Knapp, KXLY.com: All Pac-12 universities are suing two Seattle-based sporting companies for trademark infringement.
According to a lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern Washington District of Spokane, the universities claim Sportswear Inc. and Vintage Brand are selling apparel and other items “virtually identical trademarks.”
