Pac-12 makes official decision on not pursuing conference expansion

By Patrick Schmidt, FanSided: After the announcement of Texas and Oklahoma leaving the Big 12 for the SEC, there was some thought that the Pac-12 could be a landing spot for some of the remaining schools from the Big 12.

That’s not going to happen.

The Pac-12 released a statement on Thursday saying the conference will not be expanding.

The Pac-12 has made an official statement regarding future plans for expansion in the wake of rumors since Texas, Oklahoma are leaving the Big 12.
