By Erik Skopil, Duck Territory: The band is getting back together in Eugene. The Ducks added another key player on Thursday when wide receiver Evan Stewart confirmed his plans to play football at Oregon in 2026. He did so on social media.
Stewart missed all of 2025 after sustaining a torn patella during summer training. He attempted to play in the team’s postseason run, returning for practice, never for games.
“Sometimes stuff hits the fan and sometimes it goes smooth. I’m going to keep chopping ever day,” he explained in Miami before the Orange Bowl.
