By Matt Prehm, Oregon Territory: Kelly Graves and the Oregon women’s basketball program have secured a massive transfer commitment from USC star guard Endyia Rogers.
She announced her commitment Sunday afternoon on Twitter with simply a photo of her in an Oregon uniform and the words “committed” across the photo.
