OregonLive: Oregon is trying to stay local for its three nonconference games but can’t finalize its schedule because two tentative opponents, Portland and Portland State, can’t even practice.
Though Gov. Kate Brown and the Oregon Health Authority granted an exemption to Pac-12 programs to resume sports practices and games in the state, pending approval of written protocols from the conference, they haven’t yet done so for UP and PSU.
