By Carter Bahns, BeaverBlitz: The Oregon State football team ended a pair of droughts in impressive fashion Saturday afternoon with a 42-0 win over Idaho – the Beavers’ largest margin of victory since the 77-3 trouncing against Nicholls State in 2012.
Before the win in this year’s non-conference finale, Oregon State hadn’t recorded a shutout since a gritty 3-0 win over Pittsburgh in the 2008 Sun Bowl.
